Beautiful Box Chain

All I can say is sparkles galore from this stunning adjustable box chain! My son gave his girlfriend an heirloom pendant and this chain was a perfect pairing.

Beautiful piece of jewerly

Clasp so small I couldn't hook it. Before I could get the clasp over the o ring it would slip from my finger nails, just too tiny. Very frustrating!

Great priced necklace

Great price for 14k gold chain, and I love the ability to change the length. However, the picture online made me think it was a thicker chain. Perhaps you could display the large size to show details as well as a model wearing it so you can see the difference in thickness.

Very disappointed!

I just received two box chains and I will be returning them ASAP! The chains are much too thin to support a pendant, or to wear alone and look classy. One chain was kinked, and the other one was tangled around the price tag. A heavier box chain would not have kinked, which caused an obvious bend in the chain that cannot be repaired. I expected the box chains to be thicker, as well as having lobster clasps – which neither of the chains have. I have never seen box chains so thin, and I would be very wary of adding a pendant, even a lightweight pendant, to the chain, for fear of the chain breaking or bending where the pendant hangs. Extremely disappointed!

Beautiful and Best Purchase Ever

I purchased this 14K gold necklace, 16-20" diamond cut box chain to wear with pendants and love the sturdiness and beauty of this even though the chain has smaller style links than what I've been use to. In the past I'd bought more thicker styles, but still in the diamond cut box that I like so much. This newly purchased chain is a much more delicate-looking one and really still quite sturdy enough to support any pendant and/or charm that I choose to wear with it. Thanks, Macy's, for having a wide variety of long chains for me to choose from!
