Sleep like a baby!
This Charter Club down pillow is awesome. There are no feathers to poke you it is just the soft down. Super comfy sleep like a baby. I bought one for my husband and he loves it and cannot sleep without it now. So I tried it out after he had gallbladder surgery and I'm stuck on the couch choosing not to use his pillow on the couch. I decided I would use it which then in turn made me decide to buy one for myself also. I'm very glad I have made this purchase very satisfied and for the cost it was well worth it. my granddaughter is also a fan of this pillow.

Perfect Pillow!
This is the second pillow I've purchased. I did order the medium at first but it is much firmer than I thought it would be so I exchanged for the soft which is perfect. Many down soft pillows have no substance to them but this one has just the right amount of fill and very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper if that matters.

Purchase was as expected.
Purchased this pillow on sale 50% off. Was still a bit on the expensive side and that is why I didn't give it 5*. It is of good quality and it is soft and will require fluffing. Happy with the purchase.

Good pillows
As usual, I am buying medium pillows, but after I read reviews, I decided to buy couple of these soft pillows. I like them: soft enough, very comfortable and cozy; also, not too soft and supportive. Good to sleep on a side. Great, if you feel like sleep little higher up (sometimes I need that) to sleep on two of these pillows. When I got them, I didn't feel any smell. I just washed pillows covers protectors and start to use them and will give to these pillows 5 stars.

Pleasantly surprised
After sleeping way too long on a bad, old feather pillow, I wanted to get a down pillow. I had a gift card, so I was hoping to purchase it at Macy's but was nervous purchasing online. I bought the "soft" as recommended for stomach sleepers. When I picked up the pillow, I almost immediately returned it. It was so flat! For the price, I knew it wasn't going to be a hotel-quality down pillow, but it really seemed very, very soft (I don't get the reviews saying that this is firm). I figured I'd give it a chance. It was actually extremely comfortable and I woke up with no neck pain! I have had this pillow for two months and my neck hasn't hurt since I started using it! Also, it did not smell, so they must have fixed whatever issue that was.

Perfect for stomach sleepers
I bought this pillow without reading any reviews and I am glad I did. This pillow is absolutely perfect for me as a stomach sleeper. It is very comfortable having the right softness, right recoil( not going completely flat), and returning to the nice shape after being fluffed up in the morning. I really love it.

Soft Pillow
Down pillow is soft and semi-flat...which is what I wanted. I do not like big puffy stuffed pillows.
