Great little device

This was a great buy, you can make pretty much anything, grilled vegetables turn out perfect, fish cooks really fast, and clean up is really really easy. Very good investment.

Cuisinart Griddler

Purchased this for my wife for Christmas. She has thoroughly enjoyed it. Finally able to cook four large chicken breasts at one time. Extremely happy with the ease of removable plates for cleanup. Would recommend to anyone.

Not as good as the features suggest

I've been searching for a good multi-pupose grill with removable plates, and thought this would be it. The features are better than most with control dials and removable plates, but I felt the performance was only marginal. The unit is fairly large and I couldn't clear my cabinets when trying to open it on the counter. Laying it open as a griddle took up nearly all my available countertop. If you have lots of space, it might be a great choice. Finally, even though it has three heat control dials, my sandwiches still cooked unevenly leaving burn grill marks on one half and under-cooked on the other. I found the performance of the cheap Foreman Grill I gave away to be much better for my needs.

My husband wanted a panini press for Christmas and we needed a new griddle so this worked out perfectly. It works great for everything we've used it for. You can make just about anything you want from snacks to entire meals. And with the removeable grill clean up is simple.

The best small appliance in my kitchen

We recieved the Cuisinart Griddler as a wedding gift. It has to be one of the best gifts we received. We use it all the time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is compact enough to sit out on the counter, easy to clean, and an all around handy machine. I love that the changeable plates are dishwasher safe. This item is so great, we've begun giving it as gifts....definitely worth the price.

Cuisnart Grddler

This griddler has been a money saver since I'e acquired it. I've been using to grill instead of using the oven for cooking. it's been very convenient for making paninis and grilling 2-inch thick stakes. Preparing bacons for breakfast also easire thatn using the oven. The product can be improved though in the formulation of the non-stick coating: multiple usage is wearing out the coating on the bottom griddle.

Have had it for a year now with no problems. Makes great sandwiches, burgers and chicken. Cleanup is easy. The smooth plates work well for use as a griddle for eggs, bacon, etc. Great machine.

A Definite Future Purchase!

I've had the opportunity to experience this product at my sister's house. It's great! Interchangeable, dishwasher safe plates, the ability to control the temperature, and the different meals you can create definitely help to keep our menus creative and in turn, our families happy, not to mention the health aspect of cooking with this griddler! I was also impressed with the Cuisinart salesman in Macy's who definitely helped sell me on this product! I will purchase the Cuisinart Griddler as soon as I recover from the holidays!
