I have owned an earlier model of this coffee maker for 10 years. Never any problem it worked beautifully. I thought I would update it since it needed to be descaled a little too frequently in the last 6 months. I received this new 2019 model, followed all the setup directions and plugged it in. The first time it produced a terrible loud groaning noise. I reset it as the customer service representative suggested. The noise got even louder. I am returning this machine to Macy’s and will replace it with the same model. I have to believe it was a fluke I got the one machine that is defective.

Best Coffee Maker
I have had my Cuisinart single-serve coffee machine for more than 5 years, it is still working like new. I may give mine to my son, so that I can buy this new one. Great sale deal Hot coffee always ready to brew fast.

The best coffee maker!
Cuisinart is the best coffee maker we have ever had. Our first one got a little slow after 8 years so I decided to get a new one. The old one was great but the new one has really improved. I know we will have many years of use on this second one just like we had on the first one.

Best Coffee Maker Ever
I purchased this coffee maker after getting totally frustrated with Kuerig. The Cuisinart does not require waiting on the water to heat and allows for any coffee pod. I will NEVER puchase another Kuerig. This is the best coffee maker I have ever purchased. I highly recommend this if you are in the market.

not good
arrived, washed all parts as directed, put together, added water, inserted filter for water turned around and water was leaking all over the place, on the floor, counter top. would not recommend purchasing this product.
LOVE IT!
I am a big fan of Cuisinart and this single serve coffee maker doesn't disappoint. I did have a problem with the machine which neccessitated a call to Cuisinart customer service. Cuisinart offered to send another machine but I declined the offer since it would take at least 3 weeks to reach me and my only thought was What will I do without my morning coffee for 3 whole weeks? So I ordered a replacement from Macy's but by the time the new machine arrived, I had already figured out what was wront with the machine....simply needed to realign the lid which I did. The machine now functions properly again. Still in love with my Cuisinart Single Serve machine which I bought a year ago. Brews better tasting coffee than I brew on my own and I love the option of having a variety of flavors available.

I needed new single serve brewer, after doing research I ordered this one and I Love It! It works much faster than my Kreuig, hotter and love that I can make different sizes with the touch of a button. Pleasantly Surprised and Happy with my Cuisinart SS-10!

Works well
When our Keurig died after 3 years we opted to replace it with this Cuisinart. We liked the big water reservoir and that it uses the same Kcups. Also, it is super fast at producing a cup of coffee. The 3 Yr. warranty is nice too (Keurig only offers a 1 yr.) Our only complaint is that it will drip some water when removing the used Kcup, not a huge deal but it’s annoying when you’ve already removed the cup that was there.
