Paper tag sown into towel
I bought a set of these in my local store and discovered when I got home that the thick paper tag with product information was sown into the edge seam. How stupid is that? I am left with either cutting the paper off flush with the seam, leaving some paper in the towels, or yanking it out and damaging the seam. There are going back. Hotel Collection used to be a great brand, but apparently not any longer. I will be shopping for other brands.

Don’t waste your money
I received these towels and they looked and felt nice but after four washings these towels still shed like crazy. It’s not a pill here and there it is quite a lot.

wonderful towels
I really like these towels. The only problem I had was with the sewn-in labels. To remove them, I had to pull them and tear the seam. With my sewing machine, I re-sewed the seam and they are fine. Once I figured out how to do this, it was not a problem and they look great. I really dislike seeing labels on towels. It's just a personal thing. Otherwise I love the feel, look and color of these towels.

Softest Towel Ever!!!
These towels are so soft and cozy you’ll want to wrap yourself in it and indulge yourself in its luxurious texture. They dry really fast yet they do leave your skin damp. I soon forget this and wrap myself up and linger in its soft and cozy fibers. I don’t think I will ever buy a different towel These are the bomb!!!

Luxury towels!
Soft, yet textured for high absorbency. New towels do not leave a lint residue like many others. They are plush and wash beautifully.

Love the Quality of these towels at a great price!
I have been buying Hotel Collection towels for years. They are great quality -- at a good price. They come in great colors, with new additions every year. If I buy them at Macy's during the Hotel Collection Sale AND Macy's % off sale -- the price is less than poor quality one's I find at discount stores. I bought gold this year as I thought it would be something different. My future daughter-in-law after washing her hands came out and stated "Did you get new towels? I love them!) So fun. Thanks Hotel Collection

Nice and nice
I bought the Jade which is not the standard color for today. I wanted a color that will pop with grey and this is it. Quality is ok but not as thick as I like. It will do just fine.
