Joseph & Joseph Garlic Rocker, Stainless Steel
Product Details
Web ID: 614672Best ever!
I cook a lot of Indian food which requires many, many cloves of garlic. This garlic rocker really rocks! Not only does it quickly and efficiently prepare garlic for cooking, it is also super easy to clean. It is the first time my hands have not ended up smelling for days afterwards! I will now be telling everyone I know about this and buying it as gifts in the future!

purchased this on a whim, would not purchase again.
Very satisfied! It makes cooking and cleaning easy
I tried other garlic pressers before but this rocker is the best. It doesn't require strong wristlet strength. You simply put the rocker on garlic and use your nature weight to mince the garlic. The small holes will be stuffed but won't stop you from mincing more garlic! It's easy to clean. You don't need any accessories to do the cleaning.

Love This Thing!
This is a great garlic press. They also come with some plastic on them. Make sure to get the all stainless steel one. It works so well. It’s really not that hard to clean. It does help to have a toothpick or the pointy end of a knife. Clean it as soon as you are done using it. Also, by rubbing your hands on it like a bar of soap, you can get rid of the garlic smell. It works to get rid of onion smell too. Great tool!

EASY BUT WHAT'S THE BIG DEAL ABOUT GARLIC ON YOUR HANDS?
The Garlic Rocker makes mincing garlic easier for people like myself who cannot be trusted with sharp objects (no chef likes to admit bleeding into the food) and/or whose kitchen isn't brightly lit. One good push and a garlic clove is essentially minced can be scraped into whatever. Now, will this guarantee fingers will be free from the odor of raw garlic? You do have to peel the stuff, and even if you have another handy little kitchen toy for that job, you know and I know you're going to get it on you, no matter what. Big deal. Everybody knows rubbing a little sliver of raw ginger root on your fingers takes care of the smell of garlic. (You didn't? Really? Now you do.) Anyway, the little holes in the Garlic Rocker do clog easily, but that isn't a bother if you remember to have a toothpick on hand when you use it.
