Bad experience so far.

We remolded our condo in Fl and ordered this sectional as part of our redesign plan. Here are our problems to date. With first delivery one recliner did not work properly so they brought us a replacement. Attempt #2 the replacement piece worked great but it was a different shade of off white and had a different sheen then the other 2 pieces of the sectional. So they made a 3rd attempt with a complete 3 piece replacement and it has a back cushion that wasn’t made properly so there is a big gap where the 2 pieces connect. You could throw a baseball through the opening. This is a 2nd home so we are rarely there and we have now had 3 attempts to get a sectional that works and looks good. We have this set in Ohio and have had no problems. Macy’s has been very helpful but we still don’t have a sectional that is working or correctly made. If we hadn’t designed our room and decor around this piece I would return it. So in Aug.I will spend the 4th day waiting for another delivery.
