Western Style bevel with a 15 degree angle that is sharper and last longer then European -style knives . VG 10 Stainless steel hardened to Rockwell C59-60 will maintain its edge longer . The handles are made of a durable resin which is made from multiple layers of wood provides a comfortable grip.
