Shoe ok, quality control awful!

It took me two tries to get these shoes! First ones I ordered had the wrong size in the box and were worn. Had a new pair sent to me and they were the right size, but just in the box, no paper, no wrapping. The quality control of the packaging could be better,

Best shoes ever

I had purchased this shoe in multicolor. Had been looking for the red to no avail. Was so happy to find red at Macy's. One of my most favorite shoes.

Item is good-color is innacurate

I own several pairs in different colors and decided to get a blue to match jeans. The blue in the picture is quite deceiving as the actual item is a very dark navy blue. Other than that these flats are comfortable and come in wide width which I really like

Not the same...color

Received these today--in red and "American navy". They're true to size (5.5) and quite comfortable, having taken only a few steps around the kitchen. The elastic may (?) bother after a few hours...not sure yet. I have others made the same way and I'm able to get through a full day without complaints. My big disappointment was the color. The pair I was expecting was the color displayed on my monitor (computer AND mobile phone): a dusty/muted/toned-down royal/medium blue. What I received was a true dark navy blue. With a color so far off, I can't buy the usual business "CYA" disclaimer re: the "differences in monitors" as an explanation for the color discrepancy here. This is likely due to a lack of website/marketing quality control. And no surprise, of course. So, I'll be returning these. (Errrr...)

Cute but not durable

These flats are cute enough but I've only had them for about a week or so and the leather is wearing through. It's due to the fact that the leather is so soft (no structure) that my foot slides slightly outward so it is wearing a bit where the leather on the outside meets the sole. They have no arch support but they were on a good sale so I bought them as a basic flat, not something I would wear for a lot of walking. They seem like they will look very worn before too long. I hope I can get 6 months out of them before they look too ratty.

Runs extremely small and narrow

I normally wear a size 7 1/2 and I have narrow feet but in these shoes I believe I need an 8 1/2! They’re also not very comfortable.
