Nice looking but the chain stitch has issues

I like the softness and look of the rug but had to stitch some of the loops here and there within a couple of months so it wouldn%u2019t unravel. It%u2019s not in a high traffic area so the loose chain stitches were disappointing. Too bad because it does look and feel good.

Great rug until I washed it!!!!

I have both sizes in my bathroom. Waited to put out for when we remodeled our bathroom.. Loved them but the little one fell apart in the dryer. I followed washing and drying instructions on label. The larger one came out fine.. Unfortunately it looks like I can’t exchange it.? Very frustrated and was expecting better quality:(
