Myers Loveseat
Bought after searching for 3 new sofas for a year. Bought this loveseat which is 3 months old. Immediately felt the frame in the arm - hits my hip. Now the back has sunk in and as it is so high in the back it pushes the neck forward and feels as if the support in the seat and back has sunk. And agree with others that the sitting area is too small due to the width of the armrest areas. That would be ok if the frame issues and support were solid. Nice leather but not a good sofa.

so comfy!
I almost fell asleep everytime I lay down. So comfy and so happy with the purchases. Just got the love seat and sofa. Will get the chair hopefully later this year!

very disappointed-- Do NOT Purchase
We purchased Mar. 2017. There are not oversized people sitting on this furniture and no pets. The material used in the stuffing must have been of very poor quality. The process for support must also be flawed. There are sagging places in every location on both the couch and love seat. We never sleep on it. My last couch purchased in 2001 was more comfortable and had more support than the Myars furniture. Had I known the leather would be sagging severely after only 2 years I would never have made the purchase.

Macy's Furniture Gallery - Love, Love, Love !
I'd been looking for three pieces for my new residence and was having trouble finding what I needed. Remembered Macy's Furniture Gallery, loved the past purchases we had made. Sure enough within 30 minutes I found pieces I love. Waiting on one, two have been delivered and they are PERFECT !!!

Poor Construction
Nice looking sofa but the armrest's interior structure collapsed! The armrest cushion “sunk” and now there is a pronounced depression where the cushion under the leather collapsed into the interior wood frame. I felt a snap when the cushion collapsed. Our arms and elbows now feel the sharp edges of the wood frame. Really disappointing.

Beautiful but stinks
We bought the sofa chair and ottoman. It is beautiful rich warm leather but it stinks really strong like leather. I googled it and it says it should go away when the “pores of the leather close” or something like that. Still waiting...we’ve had the furniture about a month. Any suggestions?

Nice sofas
Bought the sofa and love seat about 3 yrs ago . They are very comfortable and soft and still look nice . But yes the only thing I will say is that if someone heavy sits on the sofa the leather will stretch out and leave a dent . Had a heavy relative come over once and sat in one spot for an hour or so and it left a big dent . Myself and my husband are thin and none of the other cushions have gotten a dent even after all this time . Unfortunately if someone heavy sits on them they will stretch . But other than that love these sofas do not regret it .
