Love this pattern!

So far this dish set has held up to a large busy household without chipping or showing signs of wear and tear from silverware. The pattern on each dish is slightly unique which makes these fun for every day use. They were packaged well during shipping

What a disappointment

I was looking forward to getting these dishes. They look great, was from a reputable company and the price was right. The box look great on my doorstep. I open the box it was packed well lots of bubble wrap. I took the dish box out of the shipping box and I heard the jingle of broken dishes. To my surprise all the dishes were intact, it was the four mugs that were smashed to smithereens. The only thing I could think of is the person who packed the box gave me a box of somebody returned. I returned The dishes to the store for a refund but the disappointment is beyond words. This is the second time I have ordered something from Macy’s and had damage merchandise.

Beautiful dishes

I am very pleased with the set of dishes. The pattern is bright and cheerful without being overwhelming. The plates, bowls and cups are large enough for a hearty meal. The dishes were well packed and arrived on time.

Great Dishes

I had been looking for a while for new dishes, something with browns and reds to complement the kitchen in my new house. I finally spotted this Pfaltzgraff set and knew I had found what I was looking for. With Macy's sale price I ordered 3 16-pc settings to give me a full service for 12. I have received nothing but compliments since I began using them.

BROKEN

These came today and all of them are broken and I ordered 3 sets!! They were not packed in bubble wrap or anything! The store can't replace them because there are none existing in the entire USA!!!!
